inflexible room service poor handling
the location was acceptable, though not particularly striking.
I found the room service inflexible. I asked for a simple omelette when i felt unwell, but they refused to serve anything not on the limited menu. this policy wasn't clearly stated, and the staff didn't handle it gracefully. the food i did order took a long time, and it certainly lacked the quality i expect at this price point.

the super nice team and friendly. the room had nice design features. IT WAS a comfortable new room.
the hotel didn't feel like a 5-star hotel. the cleaning wasn't that great either, i noticed blood from a previous client in our bathroom.

The location was quite convenient. it allowed for easy access to nearby attractions (especially those within walking distance). the hotel cleaning was notably thorough. I appreciated the attention to detail. the rooftop bar provided a pleasant setting with a good selection of drinks.
The breakfast experience felt disorganized. there were frequent delays in restocking items, so i experienced lines. the workout room was very small. it lacked adequate space for multiple guests to exercise comfortably. the staff seemed inexperienced. I noticed occasional lapses in pro-activeness.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience
thoughtful details excellent recommendations quick response helpful staff
I found the interior design beautiful. I noted many thoughtful details throughout the room. The front desk staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations. They also responded quickly and helpfully to my emails before I arrived.
The gym felt a bit cramped.

Really good Stay

The hotel staff was helpful. The interior design included a lot of detail. Breakfast consisted of a fine collection of cheese, fruit salads, and assorted breads. The rooftop bar on the seventh floor had a great selection of drinks. The spa included three pools with different water temperatures and a jacuzzi. I had a relaxing massage there. The hotel is located near many nice restaurants and bars.
My room had a soundproof window issue. It was very loud, and i could not sleep. The hotel changed my room, but it was a smaller room. The bed felt smaller as well. The cleaning wasn't great either.
